About the event
🌿 A Special Interactive Gathering for Community Organisers, Network Weavers & Radical Leaders 🌿
Join us for an inspiring exploration of Human Permaculture and spiritual reciprocity as lenses for dreaming new structures of governance and community culture.
Using the Salisbury Centre as a living example, we’ll open space to reimagine community governance, culture, and the role of authority — inspiring fresh ways to understand what community can truly be.
We will draw on natural law, tribal council and indigenous science protocols that are mindful ways of creating inclusion and subtly assessing who has the authority to speak for something in a particular setting. These practices are easy to learn and spot once we are aware of them and lead to greater flow, active listening and understanding in community environments and have been tried and tested by wisdom keepers and custodians for millenia!
We will include the notion, spoken of in many indigenous societies as ‘Coming in the Right Way’ which is often overlooked in western and privileged societies and creates confusion and contraction because subtle energetics that promote deeper connection and cohesion are neglected. How can we learn to ‘come in the right way’ to decolonise our spaces, minds and bodies to reconnect with the natural order and crystallise visionary sacred activism for the greater good?
This event is especially thought for those involved in or contributing to the Salisbury Centre — volunteers, facilitators, staff, friends — and anyone curious about how community might evolve as an ecosystem guided by natural laws, indigenous wisdom, and permaculture principles.
We’ll hold space for diverse perspectives and embodied dialogue, nurturing more connected, inclusive, and spiritually aligned ways of holding responsibility, structure, and leadership.

The event is also open to others active in building spiritually-rooted community hubs aligned with the Centre’s ethos — all who feel called to be part of this unfolding conversation.
A special event for community organisers, network weavers, and radical leaders — exploring Human Permaculture and spiritual reciprocity in dreaming new structures of governance and community culture.
This event is open to all members of the Salisbury Centre community open to a discussion, curiosity and hearing a different perspective which might aid the development of less hierarchical and more connected systems of governance, alligned to community empowerment and Spiritual nourishment and alignment..

PADMA KHANDRO VICTORIA SINCLAIR
For over 35 years Victoria Padma Khandro has been keenly participating in temporary autonomous, intentional, alternative, grass-roots, indigenous and spiritual communities. At the same time she has also been studying consciousness, Altered States of Consciousness ASCs and energetic medicine. Padma has been passionate about finding microcosmically and macrocosmically aligned ways of developing and interacting as spiritual beings having a human experience. This is partly shaped from growing up during the ‘Troubles’ in N.Ireland and from her extensive work and study in the field with diverse communities, tribes and wisdom-keepers.
