Community Hubs Council: a Dakini Weaving from the Heart of Roslin (@OATH)

  • Oak Ash & Thorn Hub (OATH) Roslin 4 schoolyard court (map)

A community gathering and weaving in the heart of Roslin, bringing together the local OATH community and all those who feel called to connect locally and be part of these important and exciting points of convergence.

What does it mean to be a sacred activist in these times?

How do we respond, as individuals and as communities, to a world often caught in disharmony, disconnection, and conflict? What role can local hubs—like OATH (Oak, Ash & Thorn)—play in nurturing new ways of being, rooted in care, cooperation, and creativity?

In this gathering, we’ll explore how "human permaculture" (applying permaculture principles not just to land, but to relationships, communities, and culture) and "sacred activism" (combining spiritual intention with real-world action) can help us co-create the pathways toward a more harmonious and hopeful future.

Together, we’ll ask:

  • What is the role of local hubs in anchoring a "New Earth" or "Golden Age" timeline? (terms often used to describe a shift toward more conscious, interconnected living)

  • How can small, community-based spaces like OATH act as "seeds of change", supporting transformation both locally and globally ("glocal")?

  • In what ways can we cross-pollinate—sharing ideas, energy, and resources to weave resilient networks of mutual support?

What to Expect

This is an invitation for the local Roslin community and friends of the OATH hub to gather in a council-style format, where we'll listen, share, and vision together. The afternoon will include:

  • A community mapping session: sharing our visions for the future and how we each feel called to contribute

  • A welcome and introduction from the custodians of OATH Hub, sharing their story and vision

  • A collective look at the coming years through the lenses of Holistic Astrology and Human Permaculture

  • Reflections on how to align our time and energy with the cycles of change and the needs of the Earth

  • Insights from Indigenous science, Natural Law, and the teachings in Dakini Weaving – Keys to the Golden Ageby Padma Khandro

Why This, Why Now?

Many of us feel the call to be part of something more meaningful, more connected, more alive. At this turning point in collective evolution, our local gatherings matter. They are the threads of a larger weaving. This is a moment to ground, to dream, and to weave together—both practically and energetically.

✨ About the Weaving Facilitator: Victoria Padma Khandro

For over 35 years, Victoria Padma Khandro has been actively involved in temporary autonomous zones, intentional communities, alternative grassroots movements, indigenous circles, and spiritual ecosystems. Alongside this, she has studied consciousness, Altered States of Consciousness (ASCs), and energetic medicine.

Padma is passionate about discovering ways to live and evolve that are aligned both microcosmically and macrocosmically—finding paths for developing and interacting as spiritual beings having a human experience. Her perspective has been shaped by growing up during the Troubles in Northern Ireland and by decades of fieldwork with diverse communities, tribes, and wisdom-keepers.

She is co-creator of the Dharma STARS Mystery School (www.dharmastars.org), a holistic educator and practitioner, and a devoted student of Khentrul Rinpoche, Master of Kalachakra (Tantra of World Peace).

Padma has been holding transformative spaces for decades. Many people report experiencing an accelerated spiritual process when working with her. She has committed her life to working both etherically and educationally to support others in discovering their highest path.

When you have a mentoring session with Padma, it is not simply "coaching"—it is a ceremony. A convergence of timelines facilitated through prayer, deep aspiration, and lineage-based training, designed to help you accelerate along your soul's unique journey.

About Dakini Weaving

This discussion links in with the book tour launch of Padma’s book Dakini Weaving (see intro here ), and invites inquiry into how natural and spiritual laws — drawing from ancient wisdom and permaculture principles — can guide a spiritual renaissance rooted in ecosystemic intelligence.

Sacred Activist Tour: Building the New Earth

Can you feel the rumblings of the New Earth?
Are you sensing we’re on the cusp of magical new models, visionary communities, and powerful forward motion?
Have you been witnessing the dissolution of outdated relationships, systems, and institutions—and feel called to connect with like-minded visionaries on a path toward holistic wholeness, both individually and collectively?

August 2025 is astrologically marked as the first true month of forward momentum this year—a gateway into a new timeline. From late July, a portal of possibility opens for resonant collaborations and community visions rooted in the potential of a Golden Age.

Padma, along with several Dharma STARS affiliates—Morgan, Francesco, and others working in Scottish communities—will be holding:

  • Tribal councils

  • Satsangs

  • Community tea gatherings

  • Mapping & observation sessions

These events will explore themes from Dakini Weaving: Keys to the Golden Age, while also addressing the specific needs of transforming communities. We aim to help build a network of interconnected hubs, moving beyond solely hierarchical models toward more emergent, relational structures.

Padma’s Offerings

Padma will also be available during the tour for:

  • Coaching & Mentoring

  • Personalized Readings

  • Timeline Advice

  • Wisdom Teachings

She is open to invitations and requests from aligned individuals, projects, and communities.

Our Intent

We are seeking to engage with people committed to deep development—not simply offering transient “experiences,” but laying the foundation for long-term weaving with our extended Scottish family.

Padma is also open to returning to Scotland in 2026 for up to 3 months to support this vision further and will offer divination after the tour to assess whether and where future work should be rooted.

Where We’ll Be

Confirmed activities and gatherings will take place in:

  • Fife

  • Roslin

  • Edinburgh

  • Glasgow

Get Involved
